Job Requirements:
Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Proven track record in social media marketing, preferably with experience in TikTok campaigns.
At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management.
Experience with video production and editing tools is a plus.
Familiarity with TikTok trends, culture, and audience behaviors.
Ability to create, curate, and manage engaging and platform-appropriate content.
Proficient in using analytics tools to track performance (e.g., TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics).
Strong organizational and project management skills to oversee multiple campaigns.
Innovative thinker with the ability to generate viral content ideas.
Understanding of search engine optimization and ad placement strategies.
