Job Responsibilities:Marketing Coordination and Communication:
Act as a liaison between the marketing team and other departments.
Collaborate closely with the digital marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all digital channels.
Assist in the implementation of digital marketing strategies, including social media, email campaigns, and website management.
Support Marketing Campaigns / Events Coordination:
Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns by coordinating various tasks.
Ensure prompt distribution of marketing materials and collateral.
Identify and approach bazaars/events coordinators to schedule events and fill up the events schedule.
Develop detailed checklists and timelines to ensure all tasks leading up to the event are completed on schedule.
Overseeing Festive Decorations Installation:
Ensure festive decorations are installed according to the provided standards.
Supervise the setup process to maintain quality and adherence to guidelines.
Post-Event/Campaign Reporting:
Compile comprehensive reports following events or marketing campaigns, analyzing performance and outcomes.
Provide insights and recommendations for future improvements based on gathered information.
Casual Leasing:
Initiate casual leasing to generate leads and identify potential business opportunities.
Manage a database of leads and follow up on prospects to foster relationships and drive sales.
Documentation and Record-Keeping:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of marketing materials, reports, and documents.
Prepare and revise correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
Support in creating and managing marketing databases.
Assist with maintaining inventory in the storeroom.
Assist with various ad-hoc matters as they arise, ensuring smooth operations within the Marketing Department.
Qualifications:Diploma/degree in Admin, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Preferably 1-2 years of working experience in the marketing field; retail & sales experience would be an added advantage.
