As a Marketing Executive, your responsibilities will include: Campaign Strategy & Execution: Manage a portfolio of fundraising companies, working directly with entrepreneurs to strategize effective marketing approaches to promote their campaigns through online and offline channels.
Collaborate with the Commercial team to identify key marketing messages, optimize campaign pages, and promote campaigns through social media, email marketing, investor roadshows, and other online and offline channels.
Advise entrepreneurs on crafting impactful marketing strategies to ensure successful fundraising outcomes.
Monitor campaign performance, identify potential issues or areas for improvement, and make necessary adjustments to ensure maximum engagement.
Optimize digital advertisements, including social media ads, through A/B testing and other data-driven methods.
Education & Brand Awareness: Produce online and offline content materials, including newsletters, posters, flyers, and others that align with pitchIN's brand identity.
Collaborate with internal teams to create thought-leadership content that positions pitchIN as a leader in the fintech and fundraising space.
Partner with industry players to co-host accelerator programs, workshops, and co-branded initiatives to educate the market and generate quality leads.
Participate in physical events as an exhibitor, promote offerings, and build meaningful relationships.
Manage digital marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and SEO strategies, to drive awareness and engagement.
General Marketing Responsibilities: Respond to inquiries via Zendesk, delivering prompt and professional support that reflects pitchIN's commitment to quality service.
Collaborate with teams to develop and execute various marketing strategies to promote pitchIN's products and services.
Requirements for this role: Minimum 2-5 years of experience in marketing or a related field, preferably within a fintech or startup environment.
Strong experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including email marketing and automation tools (e.g.
Mailchimp, Zapier), social media management, and content creation.
Familiarity with SEO and online advertising (e.g.
Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
Proven ability to handle multiple projects and deliver results in a fast-paced, hands-on role.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be based in KL, as the role requires meeting clients and participating in events.
Additional Skills (Nice to Have): Experience in Investor Relations or collaborating with startups and SMEs Expertise in event management, including planning, coordination, and seamless execution.
Basic understanding of financial or investment platforms, particularly Equity Crowdfunding and Initial exchange Offering (Token Crowdfunding) Proficiency in video content creation and editing to enhance digital marketing campaigns.
