Responsibilities:Maintain customer engagement via social channels & build lead generation.
Work together with the sales team to understand customers' needs, create value propositions, and enhance the customer experience with the brand.
Marketing must be targeted.
Craft marketing material to build strong customer relationships & ensure good retention.
Measure ads performance of marketing materials & consultations and assess them.
Collaborate with internal teams to synchronize action plans and ensure effective communication.
Identify opportunities from customers and develop feasible action proposals to realize their potential.
Competencies:Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a sales or marketing role.
Outgoing, determined & keen to learn.
Team player.
Possess an understanding of value creation.
Practice good time management, organization, and people skills.
Able to establish successful working relationships with a wide range of diverse people, both internal and external to the organization.
Required verbal and written language: English.
