Minimum Qualifications:
Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Marketing or relevant.
Strong interpersonal relationship and communication skills.
Able to use relevant IT systems for marketing planning & measurement, as well as CRM data management system (e.g.
DMS, MS Office, Adobe Illustrator).
At least 1 - 2 years of experience in the related field.
Possess good communication skills both in spoken and written in English and Malay.
Mandarin will be an added advantage.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Job Description:
To manage and ensure the entire product portfolio which includes BMW, MINI, BMW Motorrad & BMW Premium Selection and other services including Lifestyle products & accessories; are living up to the brand values & standards accordingly.
Development and execution of a strategic marketing plan that will help the dealership reach potential new customers for both sales and after-sales departments.
Deliver results as per defined KPIs (e.g.
Leads generation, number of visitors, budget, number of test drives generated, bookings & ROIs).
Build & maintain relationships with relevant counterparts & external partners (e.g.
agency, service providers, etc.).
Keep up to competitors' product and marketing activities, and to derive competitive solutions accordingly.
Maintain a deep and thorough understanding of both traditional and emerging marketing channels, media, trends & cooperation partners.
To plan and execute digital marketing strategy, and able to produce marketing materials e.g.
digital banners, Facebook, Instagram & Website content.
