**Marketing Executive**As a Marketing Executive, you will assist in executing the digital marketing, social media campaigns, and local events. With this role, you will have the opportunity to analyse social media metrics, conduct competitor analysis and stay up-to-date with industry trends.**Responsibilities**:**(1)** **Create Marketing Strategy**- Develop comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives.- Create detailed campaigns and timelines for effective execution.**(2)** **Advertising and Promotion**- Plan and execute advertising campaigns across various channels (print, digital, social media, TV,radio).- Craft creative and compelling messaging to enhance brand awareness.**(3)** **Brand Management**- Develop and maintain consistent brand identity across all marketing materials.- Establish a strong and recognizable brand impact.**(4)** **Market Trends and Innovation**- Stay updated on marketing trends and emerging technologies.- Seek opportunities to adopt new strategies and technologies.**(5)** **Campaign Management**- Identify key products and services for each sales cycle.**Job Requirements**:- At least Diploma or related certificate in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferably within the coffee, sports, consumer electronics or retail industry).- Proficient in written and verbal communication skills.- Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies and best practices.- Excellent copywriting and content creation skills, with a keen eye for detail.- Highly creative, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.- Ability to multitask and prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment.- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.- Passion for specialty coffee and a good knowledge of specialty coffee scene.**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Work from homeSchedule:- Monday to Friday- Weekend jobs**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Marketing Executive: 1 year (required)Willingness to travel:- 75% (required)
