Job Descriptions Develop and expand market share in Melaka, Johor, and Negeri Sembilan to increase patient referrals to OMSMC.Plan and implement strategies to enhance market presence.Organize and coordinate all marketing, advertising, and promotional activities.Ensure productive marketing outcomes and a positive customer experience.Manage, evaluate, and refine marketing strategies to maximize publicity and referral growth.Build and maintain strong relationships with GPs and corporate partners.Plan, organize, coordinate, and evaluate programs and activities, including exhibitions, promotions, health seminars, forums, workshops, and events in collaboration with GPs and corporate partners.Maintain regular communication with contacts to provide updates on new consultants, services, promotions and events.Job Requirements Diploma in Marketing, Public Relations, or Mass Communication.Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.Possess a pleasant personality and strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.Willingness to travel out of station and own transportation is required.Benefits Outpatient and inpatient medical coverage for employees and their familiesDental benefitsFree parkingBasic health screening
