Marketing Executive

Job Description Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategiesOrganize and oversee online and offline marketing campaigns and activities including exhibitions, roadshows, conventions, etc., local or overseas.Prepare copywriting for diverse marketing distributions (social media, brochures, presentations, website material etc.)Maintain and manage the company's social media pages, e-commerce sites and brands' official websites with search engine optimization.  Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performanceMonitor budget and create leads from Google Adwords and Social Media AdsInitiate and control surveys to assess customer feedback and requirements Work closely with the in-house multimedia designer team, and in-house sales team as well as liaise with marketing-related third parties such as suppliers and service providers. Requirements Proven experience as marketing executive or similar role (at least 2 years)Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practicesGood understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methodsCreativity and commercial awareness.Strong organizational and time-management abilitiesExcellent communication and people skillsRequired language(s): English, Mandarin & Bahasa MalaysiaBSc/BA in marketing, business, mass communication or relevant discipline Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Marketing/Digital Marketing or equivalent.
