ResponsibilitiesExecute Marketing Campaigns: Develop marketing tools and implement marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and identity.Social Media Management: Manage and grow social media accounts to enhance visibility, engagement, and organizational presence.Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to drive effective marketing initiatives.Event Planning: Plan, organize, and execute marketing launch events, activities, and roadshows to support product awareness and outreach.Reporting and Analysis: Prepare detailed marketing campaign reports and maintain the marketing database for tracking performance metrics.Market Research: Regularly track and analyze competitor activities and market trends.Sales Support: Assist in sales activities and work closely with the sales team. Qualifications/RequirementsCandidate must possess at least Bachelor's degree/diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Fresh graduate is welcome to apply. Those with experience would be an added advantage.Excellent command of both oral and written in Malay and English, proficiency in Mandarin will be added as advantage.Computer literature and knowledge in Microsoft Office. (Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Outlook)Independent, results-driven, with strong negotiation and persuasion skills, and a proven ability to achieve targets.Proactive, dynamic and a good team player.Able to work on weekends and public holidays.Possess own transport and willing to travel.
