Responsibilities: 1. Brand Management: Work on building and maintaining the company's brand image and reputation.Ensure consistency in messaging across all marketing channels. 2. Digital Marketing Strategy Development: Oversee online marketing activities, including website content, social media, email campaigns, online advertising and mobile marketing.Formulate and implement online marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.Identify target audiences and develop campaigns that resonate with them. 3. Analytics and Reporting: Use web analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of online marketing campaigns.Prepare regular reports and provide insights to optimize strategies. 4. Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Utilize CRM systems to manage customer data and personalize marketing efforts.Implement strategies for customer retention and loyalty. 5. Adaptation to Trends: Stay updated on industry trends and changes in consumer behavior.Continuously adapt marketing strategies to reflect market dynamics. Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Marketing or equivalent.Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions.Pleasant personality with goods communication and interpersonal skill in English and Mandarin.Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.Candidate typically needs to possess knowledge of computers and design.Ability to work in a team and interact effectively with people of all level.Bonus experience and skills include Adobe Creative Suite, demand generation and inbound marketing.
