Meet or exceed sales objectives of assigned market segment by promoting & organizing marketing activities, maintaining good rapport, and establishing long-term customer relationships with existing clients while providing new clientele opportunities.
Job Responsibilities
Organize major events and health talks to create awareness.
Collate database and target every market segment by promoting competitive medical packages.
Increase market share by identifying new market opportunities.
Plan each day/week/month ahead before event dates for public awareness/registration.
Maintain customer profiles and present a professional image.
Analyze and monitor data & reports to Head of Marketing / CEO.
Support the marketing and promotional program to publicize and promote various activities, events, and/or items of the hospital.
Requirements
Ability to deliver performance results by achieving sales targets and performing assigned marketing initiatives.
Proficient with digital marketing skills (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc.). Graphic design & video shooting skills are an added advantage.
Possess at least a Degree or Diploma in Marketing or equivalent qualification.
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Proficient in English (speak, read, and write).
Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
Able to travel whenever required.
Able to commence immediately is an advantage.
