**Key Responsibilities:**
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to promote real estate and property projectsManage and coordinate marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and sales conversionConduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the real estate marketBuild and maintain relationships with clients to support sales growthMonitor and report on sales and marketing performance metrics for continuous improvements *Note:** The job will require you to be proactive, creative, and results-driven in a fast-paced real estate and property development environment.*Industry:** Retail & Property Development (Real Estate & Property)*Salary Income Range:** RM 7,000 – RM 10,000 per month including incentives and bonuses.
