Marketing Executive

Create marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules- Manage Meta and Tiktok ads ads and set up lead generation, messenger ads, engagement ads, etc- Grows and expands ocial media presence into new social media platforms, plus increases presence on existing platforms including Facebook, Tiktok, and Instagram- Research and monitors activity of company competitors- Create and distributes engaging written or graphic content in the form of e-newsletters, web page and blog content, or social media messages- Carry out and perform SEO/SEM tasks, manage SEO/SEM campaigns- Usage of various SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Moz, Majestic, Ahrefs, etc.- Create, analyze and interpret SEO reports using Google Analytics and other reporting tools- Perform keyword research, link building strategies, on-page & off-page optimization- Analyzing and optimizing PPC campaigns- Content management and curation for the company's blog and projects- Creative writing for social media purposes- Update Google worksheet daily- Report and update on daily basis- Write content for company website pages- Assist in brainstorming, planning, developing, and executing marketing campaigns and strategies that strengthen the brand and positioning of products.- Brainstorm and draft engaging and interesting ideas for video-related platforms such as TikTok, Youtube, Instagram Reels, and etc.- Conduct product, market and ingredient research and write highly converting product websites that focus on winning unique selling points.- Propose new trends in the health and beauty industry to keep marketing strategies up to date.- Analyze, monitor, and measure marketing activity effectiveness and track marketing performances.- Work closely with the creative team to create various content including product storyboards, video scripts, social media content, etc.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Cell phone reimbursement- Free parking- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Puchong: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Marketing: 1 year (required)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)- Bahasa (preferred)- English (preferred)Willingness to travel:- 50% (preferred)
