Marketing Executive

Job Description Trade marketing strategy: Develop and implement trade marketing strategies and plans to support brand and sales objectives. Identify and understand store needs and align marketing activities to address those needs. Marketing analysis, promotion activity, store and merchandise support: Analyze market trends, competitive landscape and customer insights to inform trade marketing strategies. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of trade marketing initiatives and make data-driven recommendations. Develop and implement trade promotions, events and campaigns to support product launches and seasonal activities. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful execution of trade marketing programs. Work closely with retailers and distributors to enhance product visibility and drive sales. Plan and execute in-store promotions, displays and merchandising activities to maximize product exposure. Sales support: Collaborate with the operation and frontline to align trade marketing activities with overall sales objectives and strategies. Handling CRM Communication and reporting: Always communicate effectively and align with all department regarding marketing activity, marketing tools request and merchandise team to achieve company objective. Report to creative director, executive director and general manager.
