Role Purpose Marketing Executive will be tasked to manage all marketing-related activities, collaborating and reporting to the Head of Marketing / Marketing Manager that drive Subway brand and profitability.
Main Responsibilities Take ownership & collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure strategy is in line with company vision, strategy plan and annual business objectives
New Restaurant Openings: Lead the marketing efforts for upcoming new openings, ensuring the timely execution of POSMs, Google Business setup, and other related tasks.Departmental Liaison: Act as the marketing liaison for internal departments, addressing marketing needs and ensuring timely execution of requests.Franchisee & Corporate Support: Lead marketing efforts for both franchisee and corporate restaurants, ensuring their needs are met and executed on time.Vendor & Supplier Coordination: Source and liaise with third-party vendors/suppliers for merchandising, retail marketing materials, event items, and more.Customer Feedback Management: Collect customer feedback and complaints, directing them to the Operations team for case recovery.Financial Management: Oversee marketing purchase requisitions, invoicing, and budget tracking for the department.Marketing Support: Provide all-round support for marketing campaigns, advertising, and promotional activities.Asset Management: Serve as the gatekeeper for managing and tracking marketing assets, including premiums.Sales Support: Assist with voucher and catering sales inquiries.Complete other marketing duties at the discretion of management and perform all marketing duties assigned by supervisor or manager from time to time. Knowledge, Skills and Experience Requirements Minimum 2-3 years of product marketing experience within the Retail industry. Experienced in F&B Retail will be an added advantage.Good verbal and written communication skills.Advanced knowledge on Microsoft PowerPoint and ExcelCreative, problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Independent, proactive and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Good interpersonal skills, self-motivated and results oriented.
