Marketing Executive

MARKETING Plan and execute the company's marketing activities.Prepare and publish online and offline marketing materials (including email marketing campaigns, lead magnets, video, podcast, etc).Plan and monitor the company's presence on various online/ social media.Measure performance of online marketing efforts using web analytical tools.Manage and update email marketing database and company's customers' database.Maintain and update company's website, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and other applicable social medias.Handle and response to customer enquiries received via social media platform and marketing email.Maintain and update company's photography and video shooting tools.Prepare and submit relevant reports where required.Plan and organize company webinars/ seminars and any other events. GRAPHIC DESIGN (Able to carry out graphic design would be an added advantage) Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software to create content.Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts for marketing materials, company profiles, personnel profiles, training materials etc.Work as part of a team with sales department.
