Job Responsibility: Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget. Keep track of resources availability and allocation. Develop a detailed project plan to track progress. Coordinate with internal resources and third parties/vendors for effective execution of projects. Develop and improve upon existing marketing strategies/processes. Conduct market research to assess current trends, brand awareness, and product-relevant market information. Network with suppliers, partners, large contractors, and other professionals that are involved in the marketing projects. Help produce reports, company brochures, and related marketing materials as well as literature. Develop new marketing initiatives such as social media, events, or crossover collaborations to strengthen engagement with the target audience. Monitor corporate branding applications across the projects' marketing materials to deliver quality corporate brand image consistently. Oversee all marketing activities, take metrics and write performance reports. Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques. Manage the relationship with stakeholders and report/escalate to management as needed. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Job Requirements: Previous working experience working as a Marketing Executive for 2-3 years. Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar relevant field. In-depth knowledge of market research data, data analysis, and statistics. Hands-on experience with marketing software and tools (Project Management tools are a plus). Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Analytical data-driven problem solver.
