Role Overview:
As a Marketing Executive at Suntraco Food Industries, you will play a vital role in planning, strategizing, and coordinating marketing-related activities.
Working closely with the Sales & Marketing Manager, a content creator, and a marketing coordinator, you will manage digital platforms, POSM, and packaging materials.
You will act as a key liaison between internal teams, digital/media agencies, and external partners to ensure effective execution of marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Coordination:Develop and execute marketing plans for digital platforms, POSM, packaging materials, and promotional campaigns.
Collaborate with digital/media agencies to ensure alignment with the company's brand vision and objectives.Digital Marketing & Content Management:Oversee the company's social media platforms, websites, and other digital assets.
Plan and manage content strategies while working closely with the content creator.
Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns.POSM & Packaging Material Management:Coordinate the design, production, and distribution of POSM and packaging materials.
Ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.Act as the primary point of contact for external agencies, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Provide clear briefs and feedback to agencies for effective project execution.
Analytics and Reporting:Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for all marketing activities, including digital campaigns, POSM distribution, and overall brand performance.
Prepare comprehensive reports for management review, offering clear insights into campaign outcomes.
Propose data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement and optimization of marketing strategies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives are integrated across all channels.
Support export marketing efforts and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate.
Education:Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:1-2 years in digital marketing, content creation, social media management, or a related field.
Technical Skills:Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or other design tools is a plus.
Language Proficiency:English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).
