The Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and executing online and offline
marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and boost sales.
This role requires a creative and strategic thinker with experience in marketing and campaign
management.
Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning and Execution: • Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with company objectives.
• Conduct market research and analyse trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
Campaign Management: • Plan, execute, and oversee offline marketing campaigns including print, direct mail, in-store
promotions, and events.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights.
• Optimize campaigns to improve ROI and achieve KPIs.
Event Planning and Execution: • Plan and execute promotional events, product launches, and community outreach programs.
• Coordinate logistics, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships for events.
• Measure event success and report on outcomes.
Retail and In-Store Marketing: • Develop in-store marketing strategies to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
• Oversee the creation of point-of-sale materials, displays, and signage.
• Coordinate with store managers to implement in-store promotions and campaigns.
