Marketing Executive (Product Development)Based in Jalan Tampoi, Johor Bahru.
Duty & Responsibility:Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.
Able to work with cross-functional teams & departments.
Oversee the product design process, be innovative & provides suggestions.
Identify opportunity for product improvements & new products ideas.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of product development process.
Stay updated with industry development, technological advancements, and regulatory changes.
Communicate progress update to management from time-to-time.
To assist the marketing department in planning business strategies and marketing activities.
Job Requirements:At least 3 to 5 years' experience in product development, printing & labelling or packaging industry. Or related role.
Degree or Diploma in business administration, marketing or its equivalent.
Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Strong strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communications & interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Fair spoken & written Chinese, English & Bahasa Malaysia.
Possess own transport and willing to travel locally and overseas.
Creative thinking & pleasant personality.
