Marketing Executive (Property Development)Assist the Marketing Manager / Head of Marketing to drive and champion the marketing activities inclusive of overseeing the administrative scope of the department.Well versed in market research and update market research of immediate competitors once every two months.To prepare and ensure all the marketing collaterals are in place, such as scale models, brochures, sales kit, renderings, animation videos, website development and sales gallery panels etc.Formulate and execute strategic marketing plans for new launches and ongoing projects.
To create product awareness and generate leads for sales team through online marketing and offline marketing.
Liaise with creative agencies, digital agencies, event organizers and other suppliers to carry out the marketing activities.To prepare postmortem reports for each marketing activity and ensure their effectiveness.Accountable for sales gallery and show units' matters.
Ensure the asset's cleanliness and good condition for public viewing.Assist to attend walk-in and calls of potential customers when the sales staff is unavailable.Liaise with the Ministry of Housing on application and renewal of Developers License (DL) and Advertising Permit (AP).To submit Form 7F and Form 7E to the Ministry of Housing.Prepare sales reports and other administrative tasks related to sales and marketing.Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by Management.REQUIREMENTS:Candidate must possess a Degree in Marketing/ Digital Marketing/ Business or other relevant courses.Dynamic individual with strong organizational skills, capable of working independently and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.Willing to travel, work on weekends/public holidays for company events and product launches.Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is required and the ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage as we serve Chinese-speaking customers.#J-18808-Ljbffr
