Job Description
• Develop, organize and execute marketing campaigns for the assigned brand in line with brand marketing objectives and goals.
• Propose marketing strategies which combine all marketing mix such as product, pricing, positioning and promotion to achieve business plan.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns in (but not limited to) social media.
• Manage multiple social media accounts, planning social media posts.
Proficiency in copy writing is a huge bonus.
• Establish and maintain close relationships with associates such as principles, media, KOL & public.
• Monitor, measure and report performances of all campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Work closely with designers, suppliers and production on matters related to creation, development and improvement of marketing materials.
• Work closely with the Sales Team to develop Sales & Marketing Funnels.
• Ensure all retail stores' visual merchandising is in line with brand primary & secondary focus.
• Manage budget and calculate investment decisions within the limit of allocated budget.
• Assist in the development of new/existing products and markets in order to contribute to the achievement of the business unit and marketing objectives.
• Conduct competition research and market analysis to identify the target audience.
• Undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required.

Requirement
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/Professional Degree in Business Management/Marketing/Communication, or any related field.
• At least 2 years of working experience (Executive) within the marketing department in multinational FMCG companies, particularly in beauty (cosmetics, skincare & fragrance category).
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Other languages would be a plus.
• Computer literate and proficient in MS Office.
• Social Media Savvy, must be well-versed with TikTok, Instagram & Facebook & YouTube in particular.
• Ability to write copy and content for marketing materials is crucial.
• Aware and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to ensure a competitive edge - related to beauty, cosmetics and personal care online and offline.#J-18808-Ljbffr
