Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage content strategies across multiple platforms (social media, blogs, email newsletters, and more).
Create visually appealing and high-quality written, graphic, and video content that aligns with Cheevit Cheeva's brand identity.
Social Media Management:
Manage and grow the brand's social media presence, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and others.
Plan and execute campaigns that increase engagement and follower growth.
Brand Storytelling:
Craft engaging narratives that highlight Cheevit Cheeva's story, Thai dessert expertise, and unique menu offerings.
Collaborate with the team to showcase seasonal promotions, franchise updates, and new product launches.
Analytics & Optimization:
Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.
Use insights to refine content strategies and ensure maximum reach and ROI.
Community Engagement:
Interact with customers and followers on digital platforms to build a strong community around the brand.
Respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborations:
Work with local influencers, media outlets, and partners to amplify Cheevit Cheeva's presence in Malaysia.
Support event promotions, including the grand opening of new branches.
Cross-Functional Support:
Collaborate with design, sales, and franchise teams to align content with overall business goals.
Contribute ideas for in-store promotions, packaging, and campaigns that enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in content marketing or a similar role, preferably in the food and beverage or lifestyle industry.
Strong understanding of Malaysian and Southeast Asian market trends.
Excellent writing and editing skills in English (proficiency in Malay and Thai is a plus).
Proficient in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Creative mindset with attention to detail and visual aesthetics.
