We are seeking a talented and driven Marketing professional to join our team at the Cat Facial Beauty Salon in Butterworth, Penang.
In this full-time position, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, attract new customers, and increase sales for our unique salon services.
What you'll be doing
Develop and implement marketing plans to promote the salon's services and drive customer acquisition
Create engaging content for the salon's website, social media channels, and other digital platforms
Manage and optimize the salon's digital marketing campaigns, including search engine marketing, email marketing, and social media advertising
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the beauty industry
Monitor and report on the performance of marketing activities, making data-driven recommendations for improvement
Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices in the industry
What we're looking for
Understanding of digital marketing strategies and platforms, including social media, email, and search engine marketing
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to identify innovative marketing solutions
Basic skills in Photoshop
Basic shooting and editing skills
