Marketing Intern (Graphic Design)

Job Description-Conduct thorough research and brainstorming session to plan and develop design concepts based on individual project details.-?Illustrate concepts by creating drafts, considering layouts, color palettes, aesthetics, typography and so on.-?Demonstrate technical skills and artistic sensibility throughout the design process.-Help maintain and update the company's visual assets, including image libraries, design templates, and brand guidelines.-?Actively contribute creative solutions that reflect a company's identity, values, and personality, supporting the development and enhancement of brand identity while adhering to the company's brand guidelines and maintaining consistency across all touchpoints and materials.-?Participate in meetings and discussions, possesses great initiative to learn from senior team members, while collaborating closely with the team and other departments.-Collaborate and assist senior graphic designer to conceptualize, strategize, and execute design concepts to deliver effective visual communications.-?Support design-related tasks (eg. events, campaigns, promotions etc.), for all departments as required.   Job Requirements-Preferably Design students specialised in Graphic, Multimedia Design or equivalent courses.-Internship duration: 3 months (minimum) to 6 months. -Skill(s): Photography, Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Animation(Pr/Ae), Illustrations, Copywriting, Conceptualising.-Creativity: Ability to generate innovative ideas and translate them into visually appealing designs that effectively communicate concepts and messages.-Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in design elements, layout, and overall aesthetic.-Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and understand project requirements.-Time Management: Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.-Required language(s): English-Qualities: Independent, willing to learn, relentless problem solver, quick learner, street-smart, creative, enthusiastic.
