The marketing team's goal is to generate awareness and traffic to the brand.
We're an experimental team that's big on being early adopters of innovative new techniques, whilst still honing and testing our skills with traditional marketing tools.
Responsibilities
Collaborate and work together with internal teams on campaigns
Get hands-on experience in project implementation to optimize brand exposure
Propose creative solutions that are innovative, fresh, and add value
Take part, plan and develop content for campaigns (corporate image, project logo, brochures, festive events, ads, social media platforms, etc.)
Take part in organising community-based offline events
Identify gaps and opportunities for client projects/campaigns
Coordinate and liaise with different stakeholders in delivering the projects and initiatives
Participate in Marketing operations and campaign analysis
Complete any other ad-hoc tasks as required
Job RequirementsPursuing a Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Advertising or any relevant field
Demonstrate good writing skills, communication skills in English.
Communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin would be nice to have, but not required
Ability to multitask, to work on several projects at once
Basic video and design editing skills (Adobe softwares, Canva, CapCut, etc.)
is optional but an added advantage
Deep understanding of up-and-coming social media trends and the cultural nuances of the GenZ and Millennial audience
Most importantly, you like taking initiative, have a can-do attitude and a solution-oriented mindset
