-Formulate, plan and execute marketing plans e.g. exhibition fairs, product/ campaign launches, brand partnering, joint ventures, or media advertising to make sure the productivity and timeliness of all projects.
-Work with the marketing senior manager and team members to identify new market, whether on mass/ niche through a streamlined marketing research, competitor analysis and prevailing market conditions.
-Conduct market research and analyze competitor data to develop and implement marketing projects for new and existing products.
-To analyze customer research and current market conditions.
-Be able to apply all analysis and establish a periodical review, and to assess and evaluate results, providing feedback to higher management to determine next steps.
-Develop close liaison with the media and advertising fraternity, maintaining the prospect of long-term strategic alliances.
-Negotiate with vendors and third parties to establish distribution networks, rights of product distributorship, and to brainstorm marketing and business development partnerships.
-Develop co-marketing support programs with strategic partners and clients.
-To understand and conduct periodic evaluations of the financial aspects of marketing and product development, including budget, expenditures, return on investment (ROI), profit and loss analysis, etc.
