Key Responsibilities
CRM Management:
- Maintain and update the Alibaba CRM system with accurate and timely information on leads, prospects, and client interactions.
- Identify trends or gaps in the CRM data to improve lead conversion strategies.
Lead Generation and Client Outreach:
- Conduct cold-calling and outreach to potential prospects to schedule appointments and meetings.
- Support the nurturing of leads through timely follow-ups, addressing inquiries, and building strong client relationships to drive a high conversion rate.
Content Creation and Campaign Planning:
- Develop content such as email templates, blog posts, and social media materials to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, tailoring content to different target audiences and channels.
Event Planning and Execution:
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing events, webinars, and seminars.
- Manage attendee registrations, reminders, and provide on-site or virtual support during events.
- Conduct post-event follow-ups and compile feedback to measure event success and areas for improvement.
Data Entry:
- Accurately input data for leads, prospects, and event metrics into the system.
General Office Support:
- Assist with general office tasks, including printing, filing, and preparing materials for events
- Compile and organize Google Sheets databases to streamline data tracking and ensure accessibility.
- Support the team with day-to-day administrative tasks as needed to maintain smooth operations.
