In brief:
You will play a crucial role in supporting the brand/marketing team in various tasks related to influencer recruitment, campaign execution, and social media management. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in the dynamic field of marketing, allowing you to work closely with leading brands and influencers to create impactful campaigns.
Duties and Responsibility



-Prepare proposals: Collaborate with the team to develop compelling influencer marketing proposals for brands. Participate in pitch meetings with clients and contribute to the successful execution of campaigns. 


-Influencer recruitment: Assist in identifying and recruiting influencers, ensuring alignment with brand requirements and campaign objectives.


-Administrative support: Provide administrative assistance, including preparing campaign briefs, service agreements, post-campaign reports, invoices, and other related documents.


-Influencer communication: Negotiate and liaise with influencers regarding campaign details, content requirements, timelines, and deliverables to ensure smooth collaborations. 


-Social media management: Assist in developing a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely uploads on Instagram and TikTok. This involves planning content themes, producing content, scheduling posts, and strategically organizing content to maximize engagement and reach. 


-Support in other marketing and administrative tasks as required.

-Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related to the field.


-A strong interest in influencer marketing and digital content is preferred. 


-Demonstrate a proactive and self-motivated attitude, with a genuine interest in gaining hands-on experience in the social media marketing industry. 


-Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to effectively communicate with internal teams, clients, and influencers. 


-Possess a deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices. Experience in managing social media accounts is a plus. 


-Show an eye for design and a creative mindset, which will contribute to creating visually appealing and engaging content for social media platforms.
