Marketing Internship

-Assist in keeping records of all documents related to social commerce and marketing activities.


-Help in establishing and developing strategies that support the management of Social Commerce activities.


-Assist in managing the TikTok store, including campaign planning, marketing initiatives, promotional activities, monitoring performance, and supporting order fulfilment and after-sales.


-Help monitor the TikTok account's performance, provide updates, and assist in identifying opportunities to improve sales and engagement.


-Collaborate with the team to develop interactive and informative content aimed at increasing brand awareness, particularly on TikTok.


-Assist in creating and executing follower engagement activities and content to drive sales and build a loyal online community.


-Perform any other tasks as assigned by your supervisor to support the marketing and social commerce teams.

; Requirements:-


-Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.


-Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly TikTok.


-Creative thinking and an eagerness to learn.


-Basic analytical skills with an interest in performance metrics.


-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a plus.


-Reasonable command in written English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin will be an added advantage.
