JOB DESCRIPTION
The Marketing Content Executive will lead our brand's digital content strategy, focusing on social media platforms. Responsibilities include coordinating social media content generation, managing contract social media planners and photographers, and eventually expanding into content management across more communication channels.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
-Content Strategy and Coordination:
-Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy for our brands' social media channels, aligned with overall marketing objectives.
-Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure the timely creation and delivery of content that resonates with our target audience.
-Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to continuously refine and enhance our content approach.
-Content Creation and Curation:
-Generate content/creative briefs and mood boards to guide social media contractors and photographers to produce compelling content.
-Fill content gaps by conceptualizing and producing engaging content, including copywriting, graphic design, and multimedia content creation.
-Execute photos, videos, and create content in the absence of contractors, maintaining a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all platforms.
-Photography/Videography Coordination:
-Serve as the main point of contact for contract photographers, overseeing shoot planning, scheduling, and on-site coordination to ensure the successful execution of visual content.
-Provide clear direction and feedback to photographers to ensure that their work aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
-Content Management and Optimization:
-Utilize social media management tools and analytics platforms to track performance metrics, analyze audience engagement, and optimize content strategy accordingly.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to integrate content initiatives with broader marketing campaigns and initiatives.
-Stay informed about emerging social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to inform content strategy and drive innovation.
-Data and Performance Analysis:
-Generate monthly performance reports for all social media platforms and provide insights, findings and recommendations.
-Help track and analyze marketing performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
-Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing marketing strategies.
You will be reporting directly to our Marketing Communications Manager, and will work with our in-house Marketing Service team, customer service support, external photographers, social media content creators, as well as graphic designers.

; Requirements:- JOB REQUIREMENTS
-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
-Strong task management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
-Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
-Proficiency in content creation tools and platforms, including Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and social media management tools.
-Creative thinker with a keen eye for visual storytelling and an understanding of current trends in social media and digital marketing.
