We are seeking a creative and motivated Social Media Content Creation and Customer Insight & CRM Intern to join our dynamic team.
This intern will play a key role in supporting our Marketing team.
The ideal candidate is passionate about social media, data analysis, has strong writing & analytic skills, and is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media
Assist in creating and curating engaging content for our social media channels (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content calendars and strategies that align with our brand voice and goals.
Research industry trends and audience preferences to enhance our content strategy.
Help design graphics and visuals to accompany social media posts using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (if applicable).
Monitor social media metrics and provide insights on engagement and performance.
Assist in scheduling posts and managing our social media platforms.
Participate in brainstorming sessions for new campaign ideas and content themes.
Stay up-to-date with social media best practices and trends.
Customer Insight & CRM
Data Collection and Cleansing:Collect and clean data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and completeness, ensuring data integrity and reliability for robust analysis.
Sales Performance Analysis:Analyze sales performance data at various levels, including overall company, store performance, category growth, and customer segments.
Evaluate the impact of promotions and marketing campaigns on sales metrics.
Timely Reporting:Generate accurate and timely reports on weekly and monthly sales performance.
Ensure the delivery of comprehensive reports to support strategic decision-making.
Tool Proficiency:Utilize basic knowledge of Power BI and Excel (intermediate/advanced) to create visually appealing and informative dashboards.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, Data Analysis, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with social media platforms and their respective best practices.
Basic graphic design skills (experience with tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator is a plus).
Basic knowledge of MS Office including MS Excel and using analytic tools like Power BI.
Creative mindset with an understanding of content creation and storytelling.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
