Job Description: We're seeking a strategic and results-oriented Marketing Lead to build and execute our B2B marketing strategy.
This role is pivotal in driving growth, positioning the ThoughtFull brand, and enabling our go-to-market (GTM) efforts.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns, a good understanding of product and digital marketing, and the ability to lead and inspire a high-performing marketing team. What you will do: This job level will require early management responsibilities alongside very strong executional skills.

Build and manage a high-performing marketing team, providing leadership and coaching. Process: Ability to think strategically and build systems and processes that can scale impact and performance.
From growth engines to drive business targets to personal and/or team-level workflow optimization, able to not just execute but operate strategically.
Performance: Work closely with the relevant teams to drive new business growth, educate our end-users on the benefits of proactive mental health, and help drive engagement across our client base.
Some activties may include but not limited to the following: Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives. Lead the development and execution of go-to-market plans for ThoughtFull's product and services to optimize lead generation and conversion Drive demand generation through various channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, and events. Develop and manage marketing budgets and ROI measurement. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements About you: Proven experience in B2B marketing (7+ years) with a strong track record of driving growth and achieving results. Proven track record in driving targets Good understanding of product marketing principles and ability to translate product/ services features into compelling value propositions. Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision making. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Strong project management skills and experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Nice to have: Prior working experience in a startup or SaaS companies. Good understanding of the digital mental health ecosystem.
