Industry**:Health & Beauty**Location**:Petaling Jaya****About the Job**Our client in the health & beauty and e-commerce industry is looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team. We are looking for talent who are innovative, love to explore ideas out of the box, have an eye for aesthetic things, are passionate in branding, believe in team work and strong in strategising.**Responsibilities**:- Working alongside the marketing team to create the company's marketing strategy- Developing business management goals and objectives that tend to growth and prosperity throughout Malaysia and Overseas projects- Designing and implementing business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals- Participate in allocated marketing strategy of each operating unit as well as planning activities to present manufacturing opportunities and ideas to assist and enhance global marketing plus sales results- Planning and executing marketing initiatives including campaigns, events, sponsorships and corporate social responsibility programs- Building brand awareness and increasing brand value and profitability.- Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing human resource objectives- Participate in allocated global marketing strategy of each operating unit as well as planning activities to present manufacturing opportunities and ideas to assist and enhance global marketing plus sales results- Collaborate with sales peers, design teams and management to ensure that you are offering the very best assortment to the customer**Experience Needed**:- Experience in marketing strategy and brand awareness campaign- Possess strong analytical skills and interpersonal skills- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team- Thorough knowledge of marketing principles, brand, product and service management- Deep understanding of changing market dynamics- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing field in relevant industry**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus- Yearly bonus**Experience**:- 360 Marketing: 5 years (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (required)
