Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to join our Bancassurance Corporate team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that promote bancassurance products, drive corporate partnerships, and enhance our brand visibility in the market. The ideal candidate will possess strong marketing expertise within the financial services or insurance sector and a proven track record of developing initiatives that fuel business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy Development:Lead the creation and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies for bancassurance products, specifically targeting corporate clients and key stakeholders.
Brand Management:Oversee the positioning and branding of bancassurance products, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and customer needs to strengthen market presence.
Corporate Partnerships:Collaborate with key business partners to identify and capitalize on joint marketing opportunities that drive mutual success.
Campaign Management:Design, implement, and manage integrated marketing campaigns aimed at increasing sales among corporate clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Lead Generation & Sales Support:Support the sales team by generating qualified leads through targeted marketing efforts, aligning marketing strategies with sales objectives.
Market Research & Insights:Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, customer behavior, competitor activities, and new opportunities. Leverage insights to refine marketing strategies and product offerings.
Content Creation:Develop persuasive and tailored content, including presentations, case studies, and other collateral designed specifically for corporate clients in the bancassurance sector.
Reporting & Analytics:Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing actionable recommendations for improvements and optimizations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing, with a focus on corporate or B2B marketing within the financial services, bancassurance, or insurance sectors.
Strong understanding of bancassurance products, financial services, and the corporate banking landscape.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to create persuasive marketing content and effectively communicate with senior stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to track, measure, and report on campaign performance.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
Experience in corporate communications and business-to-business (B2B) marketing.
Familiarity with the regulatory landscape affecting bancassurance and financial services marketing.
