Marketing Manager

Responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for an entire organization (or lines of business and brands within an organization) in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.
Responsibilities Develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-­facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets Manage and expand existing marketing channels such as website, lindkein, etc. Conceptualize and execute on multichannel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging in all channels Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establish budget guidelines, participate in events, document business processes, and provide sales support. Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads. Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly. Assist and identify opportunities on the expansion of distribution network in the regional countries including 2nd tier cities. Liase between DHA & HQ on matter in realation to marketing (including projects) Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent experience 5+ years' experience in marketing Ability to multi-task Strong communication skills Multitasking, Budgeting, Analysis, Content, Sales, Marketing, Management, Campaigns, Distribution Network, Strategy, market insights, Communication
