Based inIskandar Puteri Johor , this full-time position will see you leading the planning, execution and evaluation of innovative marketing campaigns to promote the company's products and services effectively.
What you'll be doing
Develop and implement integrated marketing plans to achieve sales and growth targets
Oversee the creation and distribution of engaging content across various channels, including social media, digital platforms and traditional media
Analyse market trends, consumer insights and competitor activities to inform strategic marketing decisions
Manage and collaborate with external agencies, vendors and partners to deliver effective marketing campaigns
Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, optimising strategies as needed
Contribute to the overall marketing budget planning and ensure effective resource allocation
Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging marketing technologies to drive innovation
What we're looking for
Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing management role, preferably within thefood and beverageindustry
Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing successful, multi-channel marketing campaigns
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to measure and optimise marketing performance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Proficient in digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, social media, email and content marketing
Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
