We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Startup Marketing Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, with a focus on startups and a proven track record of implementing successful marketing strategies. This role requires a versatile skill set encompassing digital marketing, content creation, branding, and campaign management.
-Collaborate with the leadership team to understand business goals and objectives and develop marketing strategies accordingly.
-Create and execute digital marketing campaigns across various Google Ads, Facebook Ads, analyzing performance and making data-driven recommendations.
-Produce compelling and engaging content for blog posts social media updates email campaigns and website content to maintain consistent messaging and brand voice.
-Strong understanding on lead funnel especially TOFU,MOFU and BOFU.
-Able to plan long term content strategy including lead nurture and turn into hot lead.
-Develop and maintain the company's brand identity and work on brand positioning and differentiation strategies.
-Plan and coordinate both online and offline events to promote the company and engage with the target audience.
-Utilize analytics tools to measure and report on marketing campaign performance providing regular updates to the leadership team.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
