- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our brand, products, and services (including budget allocation, timelines, and expected outcomes);
- Develop communication/NPI strategy that aligns with company vision & mission.
- Define & excavate brand essence.
Roll-out brand activation:
- Manage the company marketing campaigns, including traditional & digital omnichannel to reach the right target audience.
- Develop engaging and creative content for social media, website, and other marketing channels.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed; manage and track marketing budget, expenses, and ensure ROI on marketing campaigns.
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, bloggers, and influencers to increase brand exposure.
- Ensure that all marketing materials and communications adhere to the company's brand guidelines and messaging.
Smooth execution on daily operations:
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date with trends, sales performance, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with other teams within the company to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
- Work with cross departments (supply chain, purchasing, sales, trade marketing) to run the NPD process: sales forecasting, stock management, and sales movements to ensure the launch's success in Malaysia.
- Management of P&L and marketing budgets within agreed targets.
- Follow up and control Marketing expenses.
Retain and develop talent:
- Retain talents through various coaching & support.
- Build up team spirit to create a warm & highly energetic environment for the team to grow.
Communicate with OEM partner:
Support development of commercial launch plan of Bibigo's product from OEM production.
Follow up on marketing-related action items related to OEM production e.g. demand planning, pricing & promotion etc.
Participate in commercial discussions with OEM partner occasionally.
Develop marketing materials e.g. packaging, promotion goods, and other brand communication materials, in line with global brand guideline.
Skills & knowledge requirements:
Possess a minimum Degree in Business or any relevant field.
With a minimum of 5 years' experience in FMCG Industry (preferably in Foods Industry).
Strong leadership and motivational skills to drive and inspire a marketing team.
Experience in Asian and Halal market is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good computer skills, particularly in Excel.
Ability to gather and use data to make informed decisions.
Proven skills to communicate, present, and influence credibly and efficiently to external and internal partners.
Able to prioritize tasks and work within deadlines.
