Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimising comprehensive marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience, reporting into the VP of Growth.
This role will focus heavily on social media strategies, brand partnerships, and overseeing the production of compelling creative assets. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the mental health landscape, a knack for storytelling, and the ability to foster relationships that enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Responsibilities:Drive market leadership in brand positioning and communication through annual marketing plans and integrated campaigns.
Drive one brand voice and consistency across all marketing channels by acting as a brand advocate, establishing brand governance, and empowering brand ambassadors.
Oversee an engaging social media strategy that promotes our brand, engages our audience, and drives traffic to our platforms.
Manage PR agency liaison and activity, including strategy development, content/asset distribution, review and monitoring. You will have the opportunity to identify and design media engagement initiatives and work with the agency team to craft media materials.
Ideate, produce and evaluate high-quality brand assets with internal designers such as digital ads, social media content, website infographics, out-of-home and event graphics, etc.
Work with brand strategic partners, influencers, and ambassadors to drive mass education and engagement of Intellect.
Manage an internal team of three marketers and designers, prioritising key initiatives and providing guidance, best practices, and strategic leadership.
Minimum Requirements:At least 4 to 8 years of work experience in Marketing, Branding, or PR for a startup or tech company.
Experience developing marketing campaigns.
Excellent copywriting skills with strong command of English.
Experience in creative production and managing brand governance.
Fundamental understanding of digital marketing channels such as Email Marketing, Social Media, and Facebook Ads (no need to have executional experience).
A self-starter and comfortable in working in a start-up environment.
Preference for individuals with experience managing campaigns in multiple regions.
Based in Singapore, Malaysia or Philippines.
