Who we're looking for – someone with:
A tertiary degree in any field;
At least 5 years of marketing experience, including 2+ years in a senior role;
Proficiency with digital marketing tools;
Strong leadership and team management capabilities;
Analytical, organized, and creative thinker;
Proven track record in successful marketing campaigns;
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Your key responsibilities:
Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to achieve company goals;
Lead and inspire the sales and marketing team to exceed performance targets;
Plan and manage impactful marketing campaigns to promote our projects;
Build lasting relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders;
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities;
Monitor budgets, track campaign success, and deliver performance reports.
