We are a company based in Kota Bharu Kelantan, well known as Empayar Jersi.Currently, we are looking for a creative and effective MARKETING MANAGER to help us meet our revenue growth target and increase brand recognition.As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing effective marketing strategies to increase brand recognition and sales of the company's products or services. You will work with teams within the company to coordinate marketing activities, manage promotional campaigns, analyze the market, and conduct competitor research to ensure a competitive position in the industry.**Responsibilities**:- Plan and implement marketing strategies to increase brand recognition and sales.- Manage marketing team and coordinate marketing activities within the company.- Analyze market and industry trends to identify new opportunities and challenges.- Plan and manage promotional campaigns, including advertising, sales promotions, and marketing events.- Research and analyze competitors in the industry to maintain competitive advantage.- Manage marketing budgets and report performance to management.- Build and maintain relationships with customers, business partners, and the media.- Monitor the impact and effectiveness of marketing activities and make adjustments if necessary.- Skilled in Digital Marketing and the use of social media as the main marketing tool (Experience in Tiktok platform is highly valuable).**Qualifications**:- Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.- Relevant experience in marketing management or related role.- Able to plan creative and effective strategies.- Good communication skills in Malay and English, oral and written.- Proficient in using marketing performance tracking and analytics tools.- Strong leadership skills and ability to work in a team.- Ability to adapt to market and technology changes.Pay: Up to RM5,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus- Yearly bonus**Experience**:- Marketing: 3 years (required)Expected Start Date: 06/23/2024
