Job ResponsibilitiesSupervise and provide strategic direction to the marketing team, ensuring that all marketing activities align with the company's overall objectives and brand guidelines.
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, including branding, public relations, digital marketing, and content strategies.
Oversee the creation and execution of marketing communication strategies, ensuring consistency across all channels and materials.
Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of all marketing campaigns, utilizing the RACI model for clear responsibility and accountability.
Collaborate with the Business Development and Sales teams to refine the sales funnel, ensuring alignment between marketing efforts and sales objectives.
Support the generation and nurturing of leads through targeted marketing initiatives, enhancing the company's sales pipeline.
Manage the company's brand presence across all channels, collaborating with the Senior Marketing Executive to establish and expand brand reach through PR and other initiatives, while ensuring all marketing materials and communications consistently reflect the company's brand values and align with the overall brand strategy.
Oversee the planning and coordination of the company's presence at industry events, exhibitions, and customer engagements to ensure maximum visibility and impact, while also representing the company at key events, networking opportunities, and meetings with external stakeholders as needed.
Generate and present regular reports on marketing performance, ROI, and key metrics to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement, while ensuring that all marketing activities are data-driven and focused on achieving measurable outcomes that support business growth.
RequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
Strong understanding of data analytics and experience using tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of leading successful marketing teams.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a strong attention to detail.
Experience in event management and public relations is highly desirable.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Additional ConsiderationsExperience in B2B marketing, particularly in technology, telecommunications, or related industries, is an advantage.
Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems is beneficial.
