Responsibilities:
Responsible for company brand and product brand planning.
Increase company branding to enhance corporate development and quality of leads.
To design, create and deliver successful marketing communication programs to support the company's business objectives effectively.
Develop social media strategies to drive sales effectiveness. Lead and drive all the social media activities at platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube & other broad range of digital marketing channels.
Responsible to ensure that digital activities meet brand set KPIs.
Create and coordinate all marketing or promotional materials as required.
Responsible for planning and managing as well as tracking of all marketing budgets and actual spend for all brands.
To conduct category competitors market research & analysis. Create unique selling propositions and mechanisms.
Drive continuous company-branding, marketing activities and cost-cutting improvement.
Managing documents and files. Develop and ensure efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records.
Pro-active, independent and willing to travel outstation or overseas when required.
Foster teamwork and positive employee relations and maintain loyalty amongst the departments.
Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions & related duties when required.
Requirements:
Minimum a Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Public Relations, Mass Communication, Advertising/Media or equivalent.
Knowledge in Adobe software such as Photoshop and Illustrator is an advantage.
Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff.
Excellent attention to detail.
Good organization and planning skills, problem-solving thinker.
Able to travel when required.
At least 5 years of working experience in Marketing is required.
Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
