Brand Management (Marketing & Communications)
The Marketing Manager (E-Commerce) is responsible for driving sales growth, brand visibility, and customer engagement through strategic marketing initiatives and the optimization of online sales platforms. This role demands a dynamic individual with strong leadership, analytical, and creative skills to deliver impactful campaigns and align marketing strategies with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning
- Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to meet business objectives.
- Oversee the creation of content and campaigns that resonate with target audiences and reflect brand values.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, to ensure seamless alignment between marketing and sales efforts.
- Prepare and deliver detailed reports on sales performance, traffic, and conversion metrics.
Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Manage online marketing efforts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and XiaoHongShu (XHS).
- Stay updated on emerging trends in social media and implement innovative strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns leveraging digital and offline channels to enhance brand presence and customer loyalty.
- Allocate budget and run A/B testing to optimize ads across shops tabs, livestream, and products.
E-Commerce Management
- Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms and online sales channels to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Handle product listings, pricing strategies, promotions, and inventory management to ensure competitive positioning.
- Analyze customer data and shopping behavior to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven strategies.
Livestreaming
- Organize and oversee in-house live hosting schedules and ensure successful livestream events.
- Develop strategies to increase viewership, engagement, and overall effectiveness of live streaming.
- Recruit, train and manage live hosts, ensuring they are equipped with product knowledge and audience engagement strategies.
- Track and analyze performance metrics to continuously refine streaming strategies.
- Prepare and deliver detailed performance tracking and reporting.
Campaign Development & Performance
- Lead marketing campaigns, including seasonal promotions, product launches, and collaborations.
- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, ensuring effective utilization of budgets and resources.
- Prepare comprehensive sales and marketing reports, budgets, and forecasts to support business planning.
Market Analysis
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Utilize insights from market trends and campaign performance to refine strategies and stay ahead of competitors.
- Measure the impact and ROI of campaigns, presenting findings to top management.
Customer Experience & Brand Management
- Enhance customer acquisition and retention by aligning marketing initiatives with sales objectives.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, comments, and messages to improve the customer experience.
- Lead efforts to reinforce company and product brand planning, ensuring consistency and resonance with target audiences.
Requirement & Qualification:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce.
Proven experience in e-commerce marketing, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics.
Proficiency in TikTok ads, TikTok shop, and livestream optimization.
Experience min. 1 year in managing TikTok shop campaign.
Excellent understanding of social media platforms and online marketing trends.
Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Creative thinker with strong communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, for data analysis, reporting, and presentation.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
