Responsibilities:Develop and implement marketing plans to boost brand awareness and generate leads.
Establish strategic partnerships with media, creative, PR, and consumer research agencies for impactful and cost-effective campaigns.
Conduct market research to gain consumer insights and monitor competitors' activities and trends.
Collaborate with internal teams to create content for various marketing channels.
Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media strategies and influencer partnerships.
Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing campaigns.
Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
Identify opportunities to launch new products and enhance company competitiveness.
Work with the sales team to create sales collateral and support materials.
Manage the production of marketing communications and promotional materials in line with brand guidelines.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Company.
Job Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
6-8 years of experience in marketing or digital marketing preferred.
Understanding of consumer goods industry, market trends, and consumer behavior.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Passion for business growth, creativity, and innovation.
Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
