Marketing Manager

**Position **: Marketing Manager**Salary **:RM 6,000 - RM 9,000**Location **: Damansara Uptown**Working Days / Time **: Mon - Fri, 8.30 am - 5.30 pm**Job Responsibility**:- This role is responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for the entire company (or lines of business and brands within the company) to attract potential customers and retain the existing one.- Developing plans that help establish company brand, allocating resources to different projects and setting short-term, and long-term departmental goals.- Designing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of company's business activities.- Lead all marketing activities from social media and digital campaigns to advertising and creative projects. Managing and coordinating marketing and creative staff, leading market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing products/services.- Tracking and analysing the performance of advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity.**Job Requirements**:- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or equivalent field.- A minimum of 3 years' experiences in related field, preferably from IT software industry.- Excellent understanding in analytical and creative thinking.- Skilled and experienced communication, presentation and time management- Experienced with B2B social media, brand management and digital media.- Creative in ideations and conceptualisation with modern marketing mindset.- Ability to lead and inspire teams with ability to facilitate cross-departmental collaboration.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus- Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Damansara Utama: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- relevant: 3 years (preferred)
