To plan, communicate and interact with stakeholders, organizations, and decision-makers to champion all communications and Branding concepts and strategies both within the company and externally, thus maximizing brand awareness in line with the ID positioning statement within the targeted markets.- Responsible for overall company marketing & development of existing & plans operations, review and action.- To ensure Sales and Project activities complied with company business plans.- Presentation and follow up project's developments.- Evaluation on project and sales performance and correspondences.- Handling of Customer Feedback survey.- Ensure service or product development meets customer requirements.- To travel within the state with the team.- To train and guide subordinates.- Any other duties assigned by the Management.**Technical Requirement****Sales Analytics**:- Understanding and analyzing sales data is crucial for making informed decisions. Sales managers should be able to use analytics tools to assess performance, identify trends, and make strategic adjustments.**Communication Tools**:- Familiarity with communication and collaboration tools is important for effective team communication.**Risk Management**:- Project managers need to be able to identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with a project. This requires a good understanding of risk management principles and tools.**Budgeting and Financial Skills**:- Project managers should be able to create and manage project budgets.
