Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive marketing plans that align with company goals.Execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing.Manage and enhance the company's brand image.Ensure brand consistency across all marketing initiatives and communication channels.Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.Use data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.Oversee the development and implementation of digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns.Work closely with the Global Marketing Team to align the strategies, branding & other marketing-related matters.Prepare & manage the annual marketing budget.Qualifications: Min. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Admin, or a related field.Proven track record of successful marketing campaign development and execution.Strong leadership and team management skills.Experience in FMCG Industries will be an added advantage.
