As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all marketing activities, driving brand growth, and coordinating successful brand collaborations. Key Responsibilities:
-Brand Strategy: Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and increase market share.
-Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and oversee digital and traditional marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with our brand's vision and goals.
-Brand Collaborations: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with brands that align with Lamarsa Coffee Machine Company's values, managing these collaborations from initiation to execution.
-Content Creation and Management: Oversee content strategy and manage the creation of engaging, high-quality content across all channels, including social media, website, and email.
-Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and support marketing team, ensuring that projects are completed on time and team members are encouraged to develop their skills.
-Market Research: Conduct market analysis to stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities, using insights to refine our marketing strategies.
-Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI.
